What this site offers, and what it does not.

It is a presentation of Agora Labs' services. The information it contains is descriptive and may change without notice.

Nothing published here is a contractual offer, a quotation or a commitment. Any work is agreed separately and in writing.

Phase 0 carries no cost, but it is not offered automatically. We review every request before arranging a session and may decline it if the case is not a fit, which creates no obligation for either party.

What phase 0 delivers is a conceptual representation: not a working application, not an audit, not a full assessment and not a definitive technical proposal. It does not include programming, integrations, automations, handling of sensitive data or unlimited rounds of changes.

Submitting the form does not reserve a date and does not commit Agora Labs to holding the session.

The durations shown on this site are initial reference ranges, never guarantees. The real schedule for a piece of work is set after we understand the process, the information available and the complexity, and is agreed in writing.

Not every client needs to go through every phase. Agora Labs recommends only the work the process requires, and software development is proposed only where the assessment shows it is needed.

The results of an improvement depend on the agreed scope, the quality of the information available, the participation of the client's team and operating conditions. Agora Labs does not promise percentages of saving, reductions in time or increases in productivity.

Agora Labs applies quality management principles compatible with ISO 9001 where they are relevant, and can support the preparation and documentation of a management system. Agora Labs is not a certification body and does not certify companies: certification is issued only by an accredited certification body.

You are responsible for having the right to share what you send us. We expressly ask that you do not include in the form other people's personal data, credentials, financial information or your company's confidential documentation.

How we handle what you do send is described in the privacy policy.

The text, the methodology described, the design and the marks on this site belong to Agora Labs. You may quote them with attribution; you may not reproduce them wholesale or present them as your own.

The names of the methodologies and tools mentioned (Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Kanban, ISO 9001 and others) belong to their respective owners and are cited only to describe how we work.

We aim to keep the site available and its content correct, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. If you find something wrong, we would be glad to hear about it.

Agora Labs is not liable for decisions you take on the basis of this site's general information alone. The recommendations that apply to your case come out of the assessment, not out of this page.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Costa Rica, and any dispute is submitted to its courts.

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published here, with the date shown above.
